Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Turmeric powder - less than 4 teaspoons
Red chili powder - less than 4 teaspoons
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp or as per taste
Ginger - ½ inch (grated)
Cumin seeds - 4 teaspoons
Green chili - 1 small chopped

How to Prepare Paneer Bhurji Recipe at Home?

To make Paneer Bhurji, put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, slow down the gas, now add cumin seeds in the hot oil. When the cumin seeds are roasted, add green chilies, ginger, coriander powder, turmeric powder and fry the spices lightly, now add green peas to it and cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Open the lid, check the peas, when the peas become soft, add capsicum, tomatoes, red chili powder, and salt and mix. Now cover them and let it cook for 2 minutes. Grate the paneer and put it in the cooked vegetables, add some green coriander and mix it well. Turn off the gas after all the ingredients are well mixed. A vegetable is ready. Take out the vegetable in a bowl. Garnish with green coriander on top of the vegetable. Serve and eat Paneer Bhurji sabzi with paranthas, chapattis or non-people.

Paneer Paratha Recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Paratha Recipe:-

Wheat flour - 300 grams
Paneer - 200 grams
Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1-inch long piece (grated pumpkin)
Coriander - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Coriander powder - a small spoon
Red chili powder - half of a quarter teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Oil or ghee

How to Make Paneer Paratha at Home In English?

Sieve the flour and take it out in a vessel. Put half a teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of oil in the flour. Knead a soft dough with the help of lukewarm water.

Grate the paneer. Mix green chili, ginger, green coriander, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. This paneer pithy is ready to be filled in the paratha.

Put the griddle on the gas and heat it. Break a little dough from the dough, (make a lime) into round balls. Roll the dough into dry flour (Parthian) and roll it into a 3-inch diameter circle. After lifting the parantha from all around, close the pithy. Enlarge this paneer filled ball with the help of palm and fingers, it is called making chakli.

Roll the chakli into a diameter of 6-7 inches with the help of a ladle. Put the rolled parantha on a hot pan. Apply ghee on both the sides and flip it till it turns brown. After lifting the paratha from the pan, keep the kitchen napkin paper on a plate. Make all the paranthas in this way.

Sabudana Upma Recipe

Sago Khichadi and Sabudana Namkeen were made from large sago, Sago Upma is made from small sago. You can eat it on fast.

Ingredients for Sabudana Upma Recipe:-

Sago - 1 cup
Roasted peanuts - 1 tbsp
Potatoes boiled - 2 medium-sized
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Green chili - 2
Cumin seeds - half small spoon
Rye - half a teaspoon
Curry leaves - 4 leaves
Oil - for tempering

How to Make Sabudana Upma Recipe?

Put the nonstick pan on the fire and roast the sago in it very lightly, just roast it so that its upper layer gets heated well, its color does not change.

Soak sago in a vessel. When soaking, just add water so that the sago is immersed in it, but the water on the surface does not float to the top. Allow the sago to soak for 5 - 6 hours.

In 5-6 hours sago will soak up all the water. Separate the sago from the hands. All its grains will be completely different. By lightly roasting the sago and soaking it in less water, the sago does not stick to each other. The sago is ready to be made.

Cut small pieces of boiled potatoes, crush peanuts and make them coarse. Cut green chilies and ginger into small pieces.

Heat some oil in the pan, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, and add curry leaves ginger, green chilies too.

Corn Meal Upma Recipe

Apart from roti, pudding, material, khichdi from maize flour, maize Upma is also preferred. Whenever you want to make instant breakfast, roast maize flour. Fry the vegetable stills and in a short time the veg maize Upma is ready.

Ingredients for Corn Meal Upma Recipe:-

Maize flour - ½ cup (75 grams)
Peas - 4 cup
Cauliflower - 4 cups (finely chopped)
Carrot - 4 cups (finely chopped)
Peanut - 4 cups
Coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Ghee - 2-3 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Mustard seeds - 4 teaspoons
Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
Ginger - ½ inch piece (finely chopped)
Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
Curry leaves - 8-10

How to Make Cornmeal Upma Recipe?

Put 1 tablespoon of ghee in the pan, let the ghee melt, now add maize flour and roast it on a low flame till it turns golden brown, take it out in a plate. Put 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan and fry the peanuts until crisp and take out the plate.

Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds to the remaining ghee, after roasting the grains, add asafetida, green chilies, ginger, and curry leaves. Add peas, cabbage, and chopped carrots as well, roast the vegetables for 1 minute while stirring.

Now add 1 cup of water and salt, and let it boil. After the water boils, add roasted maize flour, stir it continuously and mix well, and cook until the Upma becomes thick. Now add peanuts, and 1-2 teaspoons of ghee and a little bit of green coriander and mix.

Maize Upma is ready. Take out the Upma in a plate and garnish with peanuts and green coriander.

Rajma Recipe

Rajma Recipe is a favorite food of Punjab. Proteins are found in high quantity in Rajma, we are also making it but without onion.

Ingredients for Rajma Recipe:-
Rajma ------- 200 grams (one cup)
Salt - little more than 1 tsp (as per taste)
Food soda ------- less than half a teaspoon
Tomato -------- 250 grams (3 -4)
Green Chili ------- 2-3
Ginger ------ 1-inch long piece (one teaspoon paste)
Oil ------- 2-3 tbsp
Asafoetida ------- 1 pinch
Cumin seeds ------- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder ----------- half teaspoon
Turmeric powder ------ a quarter teaspoon
Coriander Powder ------ 1 1/2 - 2 tsp
Red chili powder - a quarter teaspoon
Garam Masala ------ a quarter teaspoon
Lemon ------ 1 if you like
Coriander leaves ------- 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)

How to Make a Rajma Recipe Restaurant Style?

Soak the rajma in water 8-10 hours before.

Wash the soaked rajma and put it in the cooker, mix 1 small glass of water, a little less than half a teaspoon of soda and salt according to taste and close the lid of the cooker and keep the rajma on the gas to cook.

After one whistle in the cooker, reduce the flame and let it cook for 7-8 minutes on low flame. Turn off the gas Let's prepare the masala till the cooker opens.

Grind tomatoes, green chilies, and ginger to make a fine paste.

Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add asafetida and cumin seeds to the oil. After the cumin seeds turn brown, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and then add tomato paste, fry the spices until oil starts floating on the spices. The masala is roasted and ready.

If you like to eat onions, then finely chop 1 medium onion and do not add asafoetida when the oil is hot, just add cumin seeds and now add chopped onions and fry them till they become light brown. Now put all the spices in the above manner and roast them, and make Rajma with the method given above.

By now the pressure of the cooker is also over. Open the cooker and mix the Rajma in the prepared spices. If you feel that the quantity of water in Rajma is less, then add water as required. After boiling, let the Rajma be cooked for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the gas.
