  • Sugar - 1/2 - 1 teaspoon (if you like a little more sweet)
  • Black pepper - less than 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 3/4 tsp
  • Oil - for frying cabbage and for making a Manchurian sauce.

After floating the cauliflower, wash it thoroughly 2 times and keep it in a sieve and dry it till the water dries.

  • Milk - 300 ml
  • Maida - 2 tbsp
  • Butter - 2-3 tbsp
  • Cream - 1/4 cup
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper - a quarter teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste

How to Make Pasta Recipe in White Sauce at Home?

Take three cups of water in a vessel and keep it warm.

Put half a teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of oil in the water. 

After the water boils, put the pasta in the water and let it boil. 

Let the pasta cook for about 10 minutes and keep stirring the pasta with a spoon. 

The pasta becomes soft in 12 to 15 minutes, you can see the pasta by pressing it by hand, the pasta has become soft.

Sieve the boiled pasta in a sieve and drain the water.

Fry the vegetables for pasta. For this, put 1 tablespoon butter in the pan. 

When the butter melts, add chopped carrots, baby corn, fridge beans, and capsicum to it and roast it on a high flame till it becomes slightly crunchy. 

In about 2 minutes, the vegetables are ready after frying them. Turn off the gas.

Put 2 tablespoon butter in another pan and melt. 

When butter is melted, add refined flour to it and fry it while stirring continuously until the color of the flour changes slightly. 

When the refined flour is roasted, add milk and mix it continuously while stirring, so that the kernels do not form, cook the batter while stirring continuously for 2 -3 minutes, white sauce is prepared.

Add salt, a little black pepper, and a little oregano to this thick solution and mix. Put the fried vegetables, pasta, and cream in the sauce and mix well.

Pasta is ready, turn off the gas. Take out the prepared pasta on a plate. 

Garnish the pasta with the remaining black pepper and oregano. Delicious White Sauce Pasta is ready. Serve and eat hot pasta.
