  • Paneer - 300 grams
  • Capsicum - 3
  • Tomatoes - 2-3
  • Green chili - 2
  • Ginger - 1-inch long piece
  • Refined oil or ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - half a teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili - less than a quarter teaspoon
  • Garam masala - less than a quarter teaspoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Coriander leaves - a tablespoon (chopped)

How to make Kadhai Paneer Recipe?

Cauldron Paneer is made in 2 ways. Grind tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, and fry the pieces of capsicum and paneer. Roast the spices and mix them all or as given below. Vegetables made in both ways make delicious.

Cut the paneer into square pieces. Wash capsicum, take out the seeds, and cut them into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Break the green chili stalks, wash and finely chop them, peel the ginger, wash and grate it, or cut it into small pieces. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds to the hot ghee, add turmeric powder and coriander powder to it, add chopped tomatoes, green chilies and ginger and stir fry for 1 minute.

  • Paneer - 250 grams
  • Peas - peeled half cup
  • Tomatoes - 2 -3
  • Green chili - 2

  • Refined oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds - half a teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

  • Salt - as per taste
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons finely chopped

How to Prepare Matar Paneer Recipe?

Make a fine paste of tomatoes, green chilies, ginger Mixi. Mix the cream in this paste and stir the mixture once again. Cut the paneer into square pieces and boil the peas with half a cup of water. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Put cumin seeds in hot oil. After stirring cumin, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and roast it with the spoon 3-4 times, and now add the spices that you have prepared by grinding and fry them till you see oil floating on the spice.

After frying the masala, add as much water as you want to thicken, dilute the curry according to your taste.   • Spinach - 500 grams
  • Paneer - 300 grams (cut the paneer into 1-inch square pieces)
  • Paste - Tomato (3-4), Green Chilli (1) and Ginger - 1-inch long piece
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1-2 pinch
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder - less than 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - less than 1 tsp or as per taste
  • Gram flour - 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - less than 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1 to 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Cream - to garnish

How to Prepare Palak Paneer Recipe?

Remove the spinach sticks, wash the leaves 2 times and dry them in a sieve. Put spinach, 1 tablespoon water in a vessel. Cover it and boil on low flame for 5 minutes. After this, let it cool down. After the spinach cools down, put it in a mixer jar and grind it. You can fry the paneer either by frying it or without frying it (heat the nonstick Tava to fry the paneer, add a little oil and fry the paneer pieces on the Tava till it becomes light brown on both sides. Put 1.5 tbsp oil in the pan and heat it. Put asafetida and cumin in hot oil.

After roasting cumin seeds, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and gram flour and fry it a little. Add tomato, ginger, green chili paste to this spice and mix. Also, add red chili powder and fry the spices till oil starts appearing on it. It takes 5 minutes to roast the masala. After the masala is roasted, add powdered spinach and 2 to 3 tablespoons of water and mix it. Also add salt, garam masala, and mix everything well.

After the vegetable comes to a boil, add the paneer pieces, cover for 2 minutes and cook on low flame. Palak paneer vegetable recipe is ready. Add green coriander to the spinach paneer vegetable. Take out the spinach paneer vegetable in a bowl.  Garnishing the vegetable by adding 1 teaspoon of cream or cream over it. Serve with hot chapati, naan, paratha or rice and eat.

  • Paneer - 500 grams (3 pieces chopped)
  • Tomatoes - 5 medium size
  • Green chili - 2
  • Ginger - 1-inch long piece
  • Ghee or oil — 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - half a teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder - a small spoon
  • Red chili - less than a quarter teaspoon
  • Cashews - 25-30 (2 tablespoons filled to the top)
  • Cream or Cream - 100 grams (1/2 cup)
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - As per taste (3/4 tsp)
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

How to Make Shahi Paneer Recipe at Home?

Cut the paneer into square pieces. Put 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick kadhai and fry the paneer until it turns light brown. Soak cashew nuts in water for half an hour and grind them finely in a bowl.

Make a paste by grinding tomatoes, ginger and green chilies with a grinder. Remove the paste and keep it in a bowl. Churn the cream in the grinder as well. Put ghee or butter in a pan and heat it. Put cumin seeds in hot ghee. When the cumin seeds turn brown, add turmeric powder and coriander powder, fry it lightly and after adding tomato paste to this spice, fry it with a spoon. After roasting the tomatoes, add cashew paste and cream and stir the spices with a spoon until the oil starts to float on the spices.

When the curry comes to a boil, add the paneer pieces and cover and let the vegetable cook for 3-4 minutes on a very low flame, so that all the spices inside the paneer are soaked. Shahi paneer sabzi is ready. Turn the gas off. After saving a little green coriander, mix green coriander and garam masala. Take out the Shahi Paneer vegetable in a bowl. Garnish with green coriander. Serve hot Garam shahi paneer recipe with rice, naan, parantha, or hot chapati and eat.

Paneer Pakoda Recipe

  • Gram flour - 200 grams (2 small bowls)

  • Chaat Masala - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - for frying

How to Prepare Paneer Pakora Recipe at Home?

Take out the gram flour in a vessel, add red chili, coriander powder, a tablespoon oil, and salt, add water and make a thick, smooth solution. Keep the solution for half an hour.

Cut the cottage cheese 1 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 wide square 1/2 inch thick. Divide the thickness of one piece into two. Put a little spice (chaat as per taste) in the middle of each and close it and keep it on a plate.

Put oil in the frying pan for frying.

Beat the gram flour mixture well. Take a square piece of cottage cheese, wrap it in gram flour, and put it in the pan. Flip the pakora after stirring lightly. In the same way, wrap a square piece of paneer in gram flour and fry it on medium gas. Fry 2-3 pakoras in a pan at a time. After deep browning, remove from the pan and keep in a plate. Likewise, prepare all the Pakoras. Paneer Pakodas are ready. Serve with hot pakoras, coriander or tomato sauce, or tomato sauce.
